Portland Waterfront Blue Hour

Early morning looking back on the Portland waterfront. In this photo you can see the Portland Fish Exchange building, and portions of Merrills wharf - all framed with a backdrop of the Portland skyline. Although it was still pretty dark when I took this picture, the windows started to light up and reflect the sun rising to the East (behind me in this pic).
